Our intercooler kits are comprehensive solutions designed to seamlessly replace stock setups, ensuring optimal performance. Fenix Intercoolers renowned for their quality, boasting ample internal fins to enhance heat transfer efficiency across the core. Additionally, we offer the option to upgrade to Plazmaman intercoolers.
Each kit includes all necessary components: pipe work, brackets, silicone fittings, clamps and hardware. Our 550 kit stands out as an excellent choice, requiring minimal modifications to accommodate the pipework, adeptly navigating around bar mounts while maintaining the integrity of the upright between radiator supports and the condenser fan.
For Series 4 vehicles, the power steering cooler remains undisturbed, whereas Series 1-3 vehicles may require adjustments to the steering cooler; however, we provide detailed guidance for this process. Alternatively, our 600 kit may require trimming of bullbar mounts for proper fitment."

Regarding fabrication products. Our shipping costs will be calculated and provided after checkout, as our products require customised shipping rates based on each order.

Upon receiving your order
We'll provide shipping quotes with the aim of securing the best freight price for you.
The Flat-rate amount will be taken off your shipping costs once we have finalised freight cost.
If money is owed, we will reimburse the owing.

All kits and most parts are made to order. This process normally takes about 2-3 weeks
